Paralegal

Provide critical support to the Foundation and its affiliated entities across a wide range of legal and operational needs. Work on complex and novel matters in the crypto ecosystem, including treasury management, contracts, compliance, and regulatory developments. This is a unique chance to contribute meaningfully in a lean, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities include contract support & management, corporate governance & entity support and compliance & regulatory support. Organize, update, and maintain the legal team’s knowledge base, including templates, playbooks, and internal guides. Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, business development, operations) to support legal needs.
