Learning and Development Facilitator

This role focuses on the “people” side of training by making workshops informative, engaging and inclusive. The independent learning happens in a Learning Management System, where COps discover our app, products, and internal tools through videos, infographics, realistic mock-ups and prototypes. COps then begin to embed what they’ve learned from our LMS through workshops which are supportive environments to encourage group discussions and planned activities. You will be the face of training, designing and leading engaging workshops to mostly virtual remote audiences, but also in person when required, coordinating the logistics of our workshops and building training workshops using things such as FigJam, Slides, whatever medium you think is best to deliver the learning experience you want. You will also be helping to strategically close knowledge gaps in inventive new ways and analysing data across multiple sources to determine how effective our training programmes are.
