Software Engineer II

Omada Health is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance their operations and provide effective care at scale. This role involves designing and implementing tools to enhance sales, eligibility, and enrollment operations, influencing business outcomes by refining existing methods or deploying new solutions. The engineer will contribute to high-quality web application code, maintaining site stability through code reviews and testing, applying best practices for architecture, system design, and coding standards. They will leverage AI tools in their workflow, collaborate with AI experts to integrate AI into existing systems, and contribute ideas to adopt new technologies. The role also includes participating in an on-call rotation to address reliability issues and ensure system stability. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ruby or Python, React or Vue, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
