Security Analyst India ( Shared Services )

The Security Analyst position will report to the Senior Manager of Security Engineering and be responsible for configuration and support of security infrastructure for AHEAD. Key responsibilities include triaging security engineering support tickets, configuring and updating security tools, providing documentation, and assisting in compliance activities such as ISO and SOC2 audits. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a security analyst, experience with SIEM and endpoint security tools, and hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems. Experience with Zscaler and Identity and Access Management solutions is also required. A Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience and at least one security certification are necessary.
