Reporting into the VP of Product Marketing, this role will lead a growing team to acquire customers through various marketing channels (SEM, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, App Marketing and more). We are looking for an experienced performance marketing leader with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of Paid Channels. This function will play a critical role in owning business KPIs such as Visits, Gross Conversions, and CPA.
Key Objectives:
Manage Paid Search and Emerging Channels to an efficient CPA. Identify and scale new opportunities for growth across channels Own a significant 8-digit paid marketing budget. Own KPIs by measuring effectiveness and impact on key business outcomes Develop strategic roadmaps and partnering with cross-functional teams for building automation, scalable tools and optimizations around marketplace dynamics and customer LTV Communicate vision and results to the executive team and influence key decisions Manage relationships with cross-functional teams (BI, Finance, Ad Ops, Product, Tech) and external partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, measurement partners, agencies, etc.) Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team that is engaged and motivated to achieve Rocket Lawyerβs mission Establish standards for testing, tracking, reporting and measurement
