Senior Manager, Paid Social - Body & Skin Accounts

Position Overview:

• iRESTORE is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy, execution, and performance planning for Body and Skin product categories across paid social and search.
• This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and partners closely with creative teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Own paid media strategy, execution, and performance planning across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage budget pacing and optimize campaigns against revenue, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Build and execute a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, and landing pages.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of DTC digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on paid social and paid search.
• Deep platform-level expertise in Meta Ads, with experience in TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of attribution modeling and revenue reporting.
