Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, owning budgets, targeting, and bidding strategy.
  • Partner with Creative Strategist and design team to test high-velocity ad creatives.
  • Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and hook rates daily to aggressively cut underperformers and scale winners.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience profitably managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional data skills with a proven track record of hitting strict CAC and ROAS targets using clean attribution frameworks.
  • Strong instincts for user psychology paired with experience evaluating and directing high-performing ad creative.

Bonus Points:

  • Passionate about fitness or wellness, or experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools like Cometly, Revealbot, Motion App, or Foreplay.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up asset testing, reporting, or campaign management.
