What You'll Do:
- Lead the mobile team and its evolution to an AI-native development process.
- Drive a thin-client architecture for the participant experience and contribute Python to the backend.
- Mentor engineers and improve CI/CD and operational aspects of the platform.
What You'll Bring:
- Principal/Staff-level mobile engineering experience with iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Expertise in system architecture, cloud SaaS, and DevOps practices.
