Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs. * Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned. * Support the development and enhancement of Features. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. * Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process. * Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies. * Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
