Senior Data Scientist, Speciality Care

The Senior Data Scientist will join the high-performing Advanced Analytics team, embedded within the Specialty Care group. This role will lead technical innovation to drive targeted outreach and scale Specialty Care utilization, leveraging diverse and novel data sources in close partnership with product, design, and engineering. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, bring strong analytical expertise, and drive rapid experimentation to surface actionable strategies that improve Specialty Care member engagement and health outcomes. The Senior Data Scientist will own the end-to-end analytical strategy to increase Specialty Care utilization by developing and applying advanced methods, including AI, predictive modeling, classification, and clustering, to identify and segment at-risk members for high-acuity conditions. Responsibilities also include designing and executing a rapid experimentation roadmap to test, validate, and scale targeted member outreach strategies. This role will serve as the dedicated data science lead within the Specialty Care product pod, partnering closely with product management and design to influence the team's roadmap. The Senior Data Scientist will work with large, multi-source datasets to perform feature engineering and uncover novel insights.
