HR Business Partner

As the HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact to address people related questions, concerns, and issues; providing guidance and support on a range of HR matters. Key responsibilities include providing services related to contractor management such as onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, grievance/concern resolution. Partner with business leaders and guide them in strategic direction for people related matters. Deliver Projects/Initiatives in support of the department. Provide reports, data and analytics that will support recommendations on people related matter. Provide assistance in contractor procurement and assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures.
