Job Description
Looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience across our Lightning Web Components (LWC), internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that solve real problems for Sales, Enablement, and Learning leaders. Responsibilities include designing and iterating on user interfaces for LWC apps, Salesforce-native features, and embedded media experiences. You should be able to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions for both admins and end users. Build, maintain, and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.
