As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure our customers’ success by understanding their business objectives, delivering day-to-day guidance on our products, and providing solutions to their biggest challenges. The Customer Success team recognizes that the ability to create an amazing customer experience is to not only flawlessly react to customer requests, but to also be proactive in developing best practices and processes for the customer.
Lead the development and execution of value engineering strategies that enhance our Value solutions and support our sales and customer success initiatives. Be a key leader on a team of Value Engineering experts dedicated to leveraging Mediafly’s solutions to help Mediafly customers deploy, grow, and maintain effective Value solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our value engineering practices resonate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Mediafly is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to manage technical projects end-end and collaborate with prospects, customers, third-party partners and a variety of internal resources and stakeholders to deliver technical projects end-to-end. The project manager will be brought in early as pre-sales, during initial implementation, and for future projects to drive and manage all aspects of assigned initiatives.
