Data and Reporting Analyst

Role Overview:

• Transform large datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to help stakeholders monitor results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with advanced analytics tools and cloud-based data platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, consolidate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and maintain documentation for data definitions, methodologies, and analytical procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and program outcomes to identify trends and measure performance against objectives.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain the required government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Analysis, IT, or related field plus at least two years of experience in data compilation and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
