Growth Engineer

We're looking for a Growth Engineer to join our small but mighty team and help accelerate Bolt’s product-led growth engine. This is a hands-on, experimental, fast-moving role, ideal for someone who loves solving real user problems with code, thrives in ambiguity, and has an eye for both impact and UX. You’ll be building everything from rapid landing page tests to in-product experiments, feature variations, email triggers, and more, all with the goal of helping users discover value faster, return more often, and upgrade when it makes sense. This role is full-stack but leans toward the front-end, where most experiments will live. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and growth, and you’ll be expected to bring ideas, not just build tickets.
