About the Role:
- Execute critical mechanical assembly operations and manage diverse teams in a large-scale project.
- Install, decommission, and commission automation equipment while ensuring quality compliance and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive production efficiency and maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide clear direction, training, and support to team members to meet delivery schedules.
- Complete project closure reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in assembly supervision or project management.
- Must be able to travel 100% with expenses paid, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
