About the Role:

  • Execute critical mechanical assembly operations and manage diverse teams in a large-scale project.
  • Install, decommission, and commission automation equipment while ensuring quality compliance and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive production efficiency and maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Provide clear direction, training, and support to team members to meet delivery schedules.
  • Complete project closure reporting and lessons learned documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in assembly supervision or project management.
  • Must be able to travel 100% with expenses paid, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
