Head of Global Equity Administration

The Opportunity:

• Establish and lead Grafana Labs' equity administration function from the ground up.
• Own the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global equity programs.
• Invest in building best-in-class equity infrastructure that supports employees and future shareholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the transition from a legacy equity platform to a public-company-ready solution.
• Own cap table integrity and equity data accuracy throughout the platform transition.
• Design, implement, and manage global equity compensation programs.
• Oversee the full equity lifecycle from grants to settlements.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 10+ years of experience in stock administration or equity compensation roles.
• Proven experience building and scaling an equity function in a high-growth company.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation plans, cap table management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of equity accounting (ASC 718) and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to use AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency in equity operations.
