About the Team:
- Ads Content Understanding (ACU) owns signals describing Reddit content relevance, brand safety, and commercial intent.
- ACU manages the Knowledge Graph, content taxonomies, opinion mining, shopping understanding, and a unified signals registry.
- This role is a key contributor to the Content Understanding roadmap within the Monetization org.
Responsibilities:
- Operate across the full ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive operational excellence with SLOs, alerting, and dashboards for key signal metrics.
- Evolve content understanding capabilities for commercial conversations and operationalize them as robust signals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant MLE experience delivering production ML systems at scale.
- Demonstrated senior-level technical leadership and strong communication skills.
- Experience building and shipping NLP or content understanding models with clear business outcomes.
