Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, family-centered virtual Care Management that improves behavioral health outcomes.
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support members through treatment plans and episodes of acute behavioral health crises.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required and Active Compact RN license.
- 5+ years Nursing experience and 2+ years experience working in Behavioral Health Pediatric setting.
- Comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric behavioral health conditions and technologically competent.
