Job Description

The ITOM Quality Engineering team (IT Operations Management) aims to ensure the quality of a suite of tools that provide visibility into and management of IT infrastructure, cloud resources, and services—reducing outages and improving operational efficiency. ServiceNow leverages automation, AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations), and machine learning to help organizations proactively predict issues, optimize resource allocation, automate workflows, and evolve from a reactive to a proactive support model. As a Staff Software Quality Engineer, you will maintain, enhance, and scale automation test frameworks. You will also collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics from test executions to drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with developers to design targeted testing strategies for new features and implement effective automation. This role involves creating, executing, and automating comprehensive test plans across multiple environments, as well as partnering with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and improve the stability and performance of applications and dev/test environments.
