Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and filing of global corporate tax returns and VAT/GST returns.
- Manage US state tax filings and related reporting obligations.
Process, Governance & Risk Management:
- Document tax processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify process gaps and risks and design strengthened governance frameworks.
- Assist in building out the Group's tax reporting framework.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in tax.
- Strong foundation in global tax principles, tax accounting, and direct/indirect taxes.
