Job Description

Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and Own the Paid Social Strategy: across platforms to meet lead generation and ROAS targets.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the paid social budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Data, Engineering, and Brand teams.

Execution and Presence:

  • Advanced Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize highly complex and large-scale paid social campaigns.
  • Measurement & Attribution: Own the measurement framework for paid social and drive innovation in attribution.
  • Creative Strategy: Define the data-backed creative requirements necessary for campaign success.
