Virtual Medical Assistant (PST)

Heartbeat Health is looking for a Medical Assistant to join the virtual clinic team. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 9-5 pm PST. Responsibilities include preparing patients for physician visits, ensuring video and audio functionality, obtaining signed telehealth consent, and documenting medical information. You will also be responsible for schedule follow up appointments, appointment confirmation calls and chart checks. Proactively discover and recommend better ways to communicate, connect, and build relationships with Heartbeat patients. You will identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation and execute policies that promote the best patient experience.
