Electrical Project Manager

Versed in modern project management techniques within complex, multi-functional organizations. This individual will establish a strong relationship with the client and communicate with both technical and management-level personnel. They will be responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, schedule, and budget, managing assigned work from start to close out, and preparing presentations for management. Additional responsibilities include forensic analysis of existing building systems, researching new technologies, providing a single point of contact for project development, and ensuring vendor management and contract compliance. The role involves facilitating client decision-making, managing compliance with audit results, and preparing project approval tools. The role also involves a strong understanding of construction and building systems. The Electrical Project Manager will work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules, facilitate project meetings, and validate project progress. Required qualifications include 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
