Senior Data Engineer (Ruby)

Lead the design, development, and scaling of our data migration and integration pipelines – critical systems that support onboarding new enterprise customers and enable seamless interoperability with external platforms. In this role, you’ll own the architecture and implementation of core ETL workflows that ingest, transform, and validate complex healthcare data from other systems. You’ll work closely across engineering and customer success teams to automate and streamline these processes, ensuring data quality, scalability, and compliance. Your work will be central to improving customer onboarding speed, reducing manual effort, and expanding Healthie’s ability to empower our diverse and growing customer base.
