As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to digital health companies scaling care delivery using Healthie. You’ll own post-implementation success across a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring long-term adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and growth. Seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of data migration and integration pipelines. You'll own the architecture and implementation of core ETL workflows that ingest, transform, and validate complex healthcare data. You'll work closely across engineering and customer success teams to automate and streamline processes, ensuring data quality and compliance.

You’ll play a key part in developing new features and enhancing existing solutions for our platform, all while ensuring the highest quality in production systems. You’ll help scale our virtual-first healthcare delivery infrastructure and collaborate with a talented group of engineers and product teams. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of feature development, from concept through to deployment.

Build and scale the data systems that transform how both our team and healthcare organizations understand their impact. Architect and develop robust analytics pipelines that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Create intuitive self-service reporting tools, internal business dashboards, customer-facing analytics, and the foundational infrastructure powering Visualize, our analytics and reporting platform.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent to support Healthie’s mission to power the future of digital healthcare delivery. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles—including software engineering, product, and data—while partnering closely with hiring managers to build diverse, high-performing teams.
