As the first Data Analyst on our Trust & Safety squad, you will identify abuse patterns, analyze behavioral signals, and develop scalable detection systems that prevent harmful users and enable good senders and scale. You will root-cause investigations of unexpected events or spikes and define, instrument, and monitor key metrics.

The Data Analyst will build data tables and dashboards to enable further monitoring of our Technical Content team’s core metrics and content performance. In addition, you will update existing queries to improve performance and quality of output. This is up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility available.
