Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply Pew Research Center’s codebook to comb through lengthy reports from various sources.
- Discuss research findings and provide input on shaping the coding guidelines and process.
- Compare current coding with partner to spot discrepancies and reconcile differences appropriately.
Education/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Recent graduate or current student with an interest in religion, world affairs, and/or other topics relevant to the study of government restrictions on religion.
- Detail-oriented with exacting standards to maintain accuracy and impartiality in all work products.
- Ability to communicate clearly in a remote work environment, including documenting coding notes, questions and decisions appropriately and clearly.
