Embedded Triage Analyst

Position Summary:

• Manage escalation processes related to online extremist content and behaviors.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication to key internal client stakeholders.
• Support with the identification of content and/or users requiring further investigation.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Review and enforce escalations from moderation sites and internal client functions.
• Identify targets for additional investigation, leveraging knowledge of indicators of extremist violence.
• Identify areas to improve escalation quality and enforcement guidance for business processing outsourcing (BPO) sites.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of online extremist environments and violent threat actor behaviors.
• Experience working with data-based dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
