Responsibilities:
- Utilize scripting and automation to enhance monitoring tools.
- Create system dashboards to improve system availability and reliability.
- Act as a Level 2 resource, driving investigations related to Broadcast issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience with IP video and broadcast technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Grafana and Splunk.
- Experience with scripting languages such as C# and Python.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with SMPTE standards and PTP implementation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DevSecOps principles.
