- Own the program strategy and vision from early development through registration and commercialization.
- Frame program decisions around clinical probability of success, regulatory path, and commercial value.
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Align SME deliverables with overall development strategy, anticipate risks, and drive accountability.
- Partner with the Program Manager to align domain area strategy and execution plans across all functions.
- Own program dashboards and reporting to keep leadership informed on status, timelines, and risks.
Governance and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary strategic voice for assigned programs in governance forums and executive reviews.
- Support due diligence, business development, and investor-related activities for assigned programs.
