Your Role:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating inflection points and modeling scenarios.
- Own program execution end-to-end, operating like the COO of a single-asset biotech.
- Translate complexity into clarity for the Board and C-suite with crisp, data-driven decks.
What You'll Do:
- Drive longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy.
- Manage cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts.
- Engage external partners, vendors, and investors to advance the asset.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
- Fluency with AI as a multiplier of human judgment and creativity.
- Emotionally intelligent, humble, and analytically rigorous with a founder mentality.
