Deployment Logistics Coordinator

The Deployment Logistics Coordinator is a tactical project manager responsible for driving successful dock deployments across an assigned region or “book of business". Acting as the quarterback between internal teams, partners, and customers, you’ll coordinate schedules, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure on-time, high-quality deployments. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced field operations, enjoys managing logistics, and is comfortable with basic technical problem solving. Own deployment timelines, task tracking, and day-to-day execution from scheduling and shipping through install and go-live. Coordinate across Deployment Engineers, Manufacturing, Solution Engineers, Support, Training, partners, and customers to keep projects on track. Ensure site readiness, communicate requirements, and drive follow-through on customer or partner action items. Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce and other systems of record, while providing regular updates and surfacing risks early.
