Lead / Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Software Engineer to take on a hybrid engineering leadership and hands-on development role within our core platform team. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering to establish technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our SaaS infrastructure. You'll be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of skilled developers, overseeing code quality and release processes, and playing a crucial part in the overall success of our platform. With significant experience using AI-assisted software development tools and methods, you will drive technical design discussions, and lead code reviews. You will also plan and coordinate production releases and manage integrations.
