Key Responsibilities:

- Establish scalable security practices including threat modeling, testing, and remediation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in application security with 5+ years in people management.
- Strong technical foundation in secure architecture and OWASP Top 10.
- Experience using AI and automation to scale security programs.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience building product security during rapid growth.
- Familiarity with AI/ML security and LLM red-teaming.
- Contributions to open-source security tooling.
