Partner Marketing Lead

Ondo is searching for a Partner Marketing Lead to bolster the go-to-market strategy and spearhead co-marketing endeavors within Ondo's growing ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with Partnerships and Sales to facilitate sales enablement, GTM planning and execution, and continuous co-marketing initiatives with companies like layer 1 and 2 blockchains, exchanges, fintech applications, DeFi protocols, Neobanks, service providers, and institutional partners. The role will drive awareness and adoption of Ondo’s products across web3 ecosystems. The Partner Marketing Lead will be the primary marketing contact for the GTM execution and ongoing co-marketing with Ondo’s new and existing partners. You will identify and launch co-marketing campaigns that support awareness and adoption of Ondo’s products within the ecosystems of other blockchain and fintech companies. This role will support the partnerships and sales teams with sales enablement materials, and collaborate on product messaging and positioning with each partner. The candidate will craft and manage partner marketing content, including social media, blogs, AMAs, educational resources, case studies, and create a playbook and strategy for how we engage with partners from launch and beyond with ongoing co-marketing initiatives, while measuring and reporting the performance and success of our co-marketing initiatives.
