Accounts Receivable Specialist

The AR Specialist will be responsible for creating and sending invoices and processing payments. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, collections of overdue accounts, and working with distributors when discrepancies occur. The AR Specialist will work with other departments within BeatBox to ensure accuracy of pricing and accuracy of product shipped from our warehouses to distributors. Duties include generating and distributing invoices to customers, recording and reconciling payments received, and ensuring accuracy of customer accounts.
