Communications and Digital Manager (East)

The Communications and Digital Managers play a central role in Greenlight’s communications and campaign work, with an important voice in shaping the strategic direction of Greenlight’s communications, messaging, and content production strategy on the campaigns to which they are assigned. Successful candidates will be skilled writers with the demonstrated capacity to produce quality work on deadline. They will also be adept communications strategists, with the ability to not just support but help drive bespoke advocacy campaigns. They will have the ability to get up to speed quickly on complex topics, exhibit strong skills in project management, and be highly creative about messaging and tactics and willing to take risks.

Responsible for campaign communications content for assigned clean energy siting campaigns, including but not limited to: social listening, talking points, fact sheets, letters to the editors, op-eds, digital content, social media posts, one-pagers, and presentations. Support the overall work of Greenlight America on a case-by-case basis, including branding, design, social media, and organizational messaging.
