Job Description
This role performs numerous functions related to improving the financial performance of our local homebuilding operations. In addition to serving as the primary leader for all finance and accounting functions for the division team, you will also act as the division’s Compliance Officer relating to our Corporate Code of Conduct and Major Transaction procedures. Successful candidates need to have a demonstrated track record of positive results related to Financial Acumen, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Operations. Ideal candidates will have a college degree in Accounting or Finance and thorough knowledge of financial operations. A CPA / CMA or MBA is also required.
