Responsible for the activation of campaigns through Talentful's social channels. Develop, lead, and execute group-level high-quality creative, and compelling social media strategies, including influencer strategies, that drive action and seed familiarity with audiences. Develop social strategies for the Executive leadership team, focusing on building their personal brands on the world stage. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver the highest quality content designed to engage and educate their audience, including a monthly LinkedIn Newsletter. Ensure each brandโs tone of voice is adhered to and that feedback on key engagement metrics is given to ensure continuous improvement and development. Consistently optimize strategy, and share learnings with the team. Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure the right targets and KPIs are in place and use analytics tools to track key metrics and derive insights. Champion a culture of planning and using a deep understanding of the audiences to drive optimal distribution.HIGHER is a community, so there is an element of community management. Drive engagement with social accounts internally and create a culture that drives advocacy. Work with the Content Manager to create and distribute the podcast โHiring on all Cylindersโ on a bi-weekly basis.
