About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Intelligence Analyst to operate as a high-judgment individual contributor specializing in ransomware investigations.
- You will leverage blockchain analytics and cyber threat intelligence to trace cryptocurrency proceeds and disrupt criminal activity.
- This role requires deep expertise in tracing funds across multiple blockchains and identifying laundering infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce actionable finished intelligence including actor profiles, attribution assessments, and operational reporting for diverse audiences.
- Lead complex end-to-end blockchain investigations from initial indicators to full attribution and recovery opportunities.
- Mentor peers and refine investigative methodologies to elevate team tradecraft without formal management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, or cybercrime analysis.
- Deep hands-on blockchain tracing expertise through mixers, chain-hopping, bridges, and layered cash-out behaviors.
- US Citizenship required, with strong written and verbal communication skills for government and private-sector audiences.
