Interconnection Manager

Dynamic Energy seeks an Interconnection Manager to support the development of its distributed generation pipeline. This position reports to the Director of Interconnection and will work closely with development and EPC teams to optimize the interconnection of Dynamic’s pipeline of distributed generation projects. The Interconnection Manager will drive interconnection progress in alignment with Dynamic’s business objectives across multiple markets, leveraging their strong understanding of tariffs and relationships with utility staff while minimizing interconnection costs and delays. Key responsibilities include management of utility interconnection processes for Front-of-the-Meter and Behind-the-Meter DG projects, evaluation of interconnection risk, expertise in utility tariffs, ownership of utility relationships, supervision of interconnection schedule and payments, and skilled interpretation of technical interconnection studies. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and passionate about clean energy interconnection at the grid’s edge.
