5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications.
Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, navigating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.
Distributed systems expertise including transaction processing, asynchronous queues, microservices, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience at startup or growth-stage companies.
High personal awareness and growth mindset.
Experience with React, NodeJs, Typescript, Kafka, AWS or equivalent.
