Business Intelligence Engineer II

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to become a member of our dynamic team and play a key role in our mission of converting data into actionable insights. As a BI Engineer, you will collaborate with our team of skilled developers to construct reporting products, while upholding best practices and standards. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and join a Cohere team driven by a collective commitment to supporting healthcare providers and patients. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional requirements; designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau); optimizing and enhancing existing reports to improve data accuracy and visualization effectiveness; ensuring data consistency and quality in reports by working closely with the data management team; performing data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support business decision-making; and staying current with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.
