Implementation Manager

This role involves:

• Understanding B2B ecommerce and articulating NuORDER's best practices.
• Collaborating with clients to document goals and propose solutions.
• Managing project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, and managing team tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles.
• Be comfortable with technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes.
• Possess strong analytical thinking and expertise in Excel and Salesforce.

• Applying project management best practices across projects.
• Managing client expectations throughout engagements.
• Overseeing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
