Engineering Manager

The Aviation team builds remotely piloted aircraft and supporting ground systems for public safety customers, delivering flying cameras (drones) that push the boundaries of connectivity, video transmission, power, and imaging. These platforms are designed to fly thousands of missions without human intervention. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead our backend team. Your primary responsibility will be to build performant systems, drive architectural discussions, and deliver features that matter. The role requires technical expertise and strong leadership skills, including technical leadership and understanding of a Ruby on Rails backend. The backend team is fully remote, so strong communication and proactive asynchronous support and feedback are essential.
