Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding from handoff to go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success on the Pressable platform.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews to assess platform health, performance trends, and strategic opportunities, with documented follow-through.
- Own complex technical escalations end-to-end, coordinating with Support and Engineering for root-cause resolution.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of advanced technical experience with WordPress core, database architecture, and application-level troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage a named book of post-sale accounts and conduct proactive customer health monitoring using performance tools.
- Experience collaborating with Sales on renewals and expansion within an existing portfolio, not generating net-new pipeline.
Success Metrics:
- Achieve high Net Revenue Retention and customer health scores across your account portfolio, with measurable improvement over time.
- Reduce support burden through proactive interventions and effective knowledge transfer to the Support team.
- Automate or AI-assist repetitive tasks to free up time for high-judgment relationship and advisory work.
