Director, Medical Affairs (Medical Insights and Analytics)

In this role, you will develop and maintain an integrated approach to our Hematology Medical Insights. This will include developing the framework for our strategy, process and tactical execution for our US and ROW Hematology efforts. This position will work closely with Headquarters, local markets Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams ensuring consistency in the approach to leverage how Medical Insights can inform our Medical Affairs strategy, and you will be a member of the Hematology Field Medical Affairs leadership team. Responsibilities include expanding medical insights core capabilities, defining insight best practices, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing plans of action to advance insights contributions across Hematology, leading the Quarterly Global Insight Forum, overseeing FMT Metrics Dashboard development and reporting, and serving as subject matter expert for Veeva CRM.
