Job Description:

  • We are looking for a Product Analyst focused on customer adoption, usage, impact, and sentiment to help our teams understand how customers experience SmartRecruiters in the real world.
  • You will work closely with large customers and internal stakeholders to design metrics, build analytical views, and deliver clear, compelling insights.
  • Combine strong product analytics skills with AI-backed analysis to move quickly from raw data to decisions.

What You’ll Deliver:

  • Customer-facing product insights and value stories that show how customers adopt and use key capabilities.
  • Adoption, usage, impact, and sentiment frameworks with defined hero metrics and supporting KPIs.
  • Deep dives and decision support through hypothesis-driven analysis combining quantitative and qualitative data.

Qualifications – Required:

  • 3+ years in Product Analytics or similar role within B2B SaaS, with strong SQL and BI skills.
  • Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics concepts, and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to translate complex data into clear stories for diverse audiences.
