Senior Financial Analyst, GTM Finance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models such as CAC and LTV to evaluate GTM initiative ROI.
• Partner with Sales Operations to model commission structures and track performance against incentive plans.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or GTM Finance within SaaS, tech, or growth-stage companies.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex, driver-based revenue models.
• Direct experience with sales compensation modeling, ARR forecasting, or pricing analysis.
